We are delighted that we used West Jesmond Tree Surgery - because they seem to have a genuine knowledge and care for the trees as individuals. Both our Oak and the Lime's character and beauty have been considerably enhanced by the process; as well as them being made more robust and safer. Now looking forward to seeing them in leaf in a few week's time!

The 2 arborists arrived promptly and we are absolutely delighted with the work they did for us.They were cheerful, pleasant ,and such skilled workers. We were very impressed.All the mess was cleared away too so no extra jobs for me! A credit to the company . We would happily recommend this company for their total professional ,skilled and knowledgeable service from start to finish.

Following reviews on google and yell i rang these guys to help with trimming our big tree and moving our other tree. Initial call great. booked in within a reasonable time attended promptly and warning. Very knowledgeable chap gave great advice too during the quote and after. quote seemed reasonable too. Problem came on the day the work took place. The guys that came didn't seem to know the job that needed to be done, then suggested they would only do half the job that was planned because we didn't have the materials needed for the second job. This had not been communicated to us at any point leading up to the work and in any case it seemed strange we would be asked to buy materials for the job they were going to do. After what i think must've been communication with the person who came to do the quote, they eventually trimmed the tree and did part of the other work (without said materials). the plan was for someone to return to inspect the work and sort out the final bits. Unfortunately they haven't been back since despite a gentle prompt or 2. i paid in advance - which may have been my error , but the communication till that point was excellent - so it leaves a bit of a sour taste. a shame really

First Class professional outfit who are clean and tidy. These lads are absolutely brilliant. They removed a 30 tonne beech tree that had fallen on mum’s house and destroyed her courtyard walls in recent high winds. They made it a priority although they were SO BUSY so we could start work on the house and get mum back in. This team is super efficient, courteous, highly professional and do an immaculate job tidying up. They even sent us a picture of the lads standing on the tree trunk to show mum, which made her smile in horrendous circumstances. They were quick and very reasonably priced too. Can’t thank these boys enough. Would highly recommend.😁

We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by the team from West Jesmond Tree Surgery today. They responded to us quickly to remove a fallen tree after the latest storm. The team were lovely, they worked so well together and got the tree sorted out in no time, they took great care in tidying the garden afterwards too. Thank you!
