I am amazed by this company they made the most beautiful addition to my driveway by fitting a contemporary floating sliding electric gate with a video intercom I can talk to visitors and even let the Amazon delivery guy in from the convenience of my mobile phone while on holiday. cam ipsec5 StarI had gate automation fitted by another company (that shall remain nameless for legal reasons) in Abergavenny several years ago an I have had problems with them playing up from day one. Welsh gates turned up and did a site report and found so many issues with the installation. Unsafe electrical supply, incorrectly specified motors, untidy wiring and badly fitted control panel box not sealed against the elements large colony of slugs, spiders and wildlife living in all parts that should be weather tight. Unprotected cables buried 2 inches below the driveway surface the list goes on and on. The installation team turned up and highlighted all these issues with photos and videos. The recommendation was to strip out and reinstall a new system on my existing gates which they did in just 2 days. The results speak for themselves, all the cables are hidden the control panel is very tidy and best of all sealed. I now finally have exactly what I’ve always wanted, gates that are reliable, convenient and most of all safe. Thank you to Dave and Beau for your excellent work.Friday 22nd April 2022
