Allan Donaldson5 StarI recently engaged Jack to lodge application for the replacement of dated cast iron skylights with Velux windows on a category B listed building.
Given the difficulties present during Covid the consent was secured quickly and as required. As a property professional I appreciate Jack’s positive knowledgeable approach to dealing with this application and will instruct him again in the future.Monday 13th December 2021
BW 12125 StarI engaged Jacks services to survey, draft plans and submit an application to the council on my behalf to have a glasgow tenement converted from a one bed to a two bed and create a new kitchen in the process.
From first point of contact, to the last he was nothing but professional, diligent and personable.
He turned around the work in very quick time , submitted the application to the council and dealt entirely with the very minor queries the council officer raised.
My application for a building warrant was approved within DAYS, which was probably in no small part to the quality of the submission Jack made on my behalf.
This allowed me to get my build underway very quickly thereafter.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jack and vii architecture, glasgow, and i am confident you will be as impressed by the service provided as I have been you will also find his fees extremely reasonable.
I will definitely call upon his services again.
