My highest recommendations for anyone looking for truly excellent Architecture Services to contact Philip Benton at Vellow Wood. We went to Philip with a complex project that required his high levels of vision, design and technical skill for sure. Philip's excellent ability to present the plans in a way the planning department could align to was very important. Philip handled every hurdle presented with professionalism and a keen problem solving approach. This resulted in our planning permission approval confirmation today. We are delighted with the whole process and of course the result and feel very fortunate to have teamed with Philip on this project. 5 Star plus services - Highly recommended.

Philip Benton and his team were extremely professional in handling the application for our building warrant and producing plans even though we were in the middle of lockdown. Philip replied to all our queries in a timely manner and kept us fully informed of progress. We would happily recommend Vellow Wood Architecture. As with everything post COVID everyone’s costs have increased but be aware structural engineers costs have more than doubled in the past year.

Our experience of working with Phillip at Vellow Wood was an incredibly positive one. He really listened to what we were hoping to achieve through having an extension built, and worked to understand and realise our needs through his imaginative designs. During a difficult process of gaining Building Consent, Phillip took a lot of the stress off of us by dealing promptly and professionally with the local authority officials and only coming to us at ‘need to know/do’ points in the process. His communication was always clear and courteous. We are so happy with the whole experience of working with them, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Philip and the team at Vellow Wood were absolutely fantastic, provided just what we needed. They drew up our plans based on some pencil drawings I'd done and revised to suite some tweaks we made, they organised the structural engineers drawings etc and assisted with planning applications. They were always quick to respond and very professional throughout. Highly recommend! I can say with confidence that anyone who uses Vellow Wood will be very satisfied with their service.
