Highly recommended. We instructed Martin at Unit3 to design the ground floor layout of our victorian terrace. Throughout the design process we were impressed by Martin's professionalism, his enthusiasm for the project and the extent to which he listened to and interpreted our ideas. Martin is incredibly knowledgeable, with fantastic attention to detail. Martin's plans far exceeded our expectations and we would use Unit3 for any future residential architectural work. Can't wait to see what the design looks like in real life!

Exceptional work by Martin and the Unit3 team. We commissioned Unit3 to re-design the ground floor of our house. The brief included making the layout more sociable, bringing more light into the house and improving the connection with the rear garden. We wanted the design to be simple but stylish and to work within the existing footprint of the house. We didn't want a standard 'knock-through' hence why we chose to commission an architect. Martin was really easy to work with and clearly understood what sort of style we were after. The 3D CAD images and virtual headset images really helped us to visualise his plans. The 10 week build was straightforward with very little changing from the original plan. Martin was there through the whole process and worth every penny! The end result is everything we wanted and has the wow factor only an architect can bring. Thank you! (Katherine and Rich. Residential clients)
