Uniques of Newton is a very UNIQUE shop in Devon. We stock a wide range of unusual items for the home and garden, everything from "Real Life" animals, birds and dragons from the very popular Vivid Arts. There are plenty of ideas to choose from for that unusual gift or for your own pleasure. Everything in the shop makes you smile. There is literally something for everybody. Our shop is in the heart of South Devon in the market town of Newton Abbot. We are situated in a very prominent position with thousands of vehicles passing the shop daily with lots of our items visible in front of the shop. It is not unusual for someone who has driven past the shop to ring up and ask "How much is the elephant outside your shop"? Uniques of Newton is owned by Neil and Mary who take great care to select items which are appealing to most people whether classical tiffany style lamps and stained glass to the more quirky things like mythical dragons and fairy houses. We also stock a wide selection of garden mirrors and bistro furniture for the patio. There is also an industrial range which is very "in" at the moment with everything from furniture, clocks and coat-hooks again with a price range which is affordable to everyone. Neil and Mary started their UNIQUES business on market stalls around Devon including Honiton, Kingsbridge and Newton Abbot. It was becoming very time-consuming as every item had to be protected and boxed up loading into the van and then unpacked and displayed on the market street. It became our mission to find a shop and so when the right one became available we grabbed the opportunity and Uniques of Newton was born. Very friendly and helpful couple . Bought some lovely goodies from them . A lot of hidden treasures there . Will definitely be buying again when back down in Devon. Need a sprinter van or 18 ton truck . Love 💕 this place.
