Anitha1 StarFine cut tree care & landscaping dug over and removed our concrete patio and replaced a brick wall for us in July. The job was not completed and they said they would come back in two weeks to finish off the wall. We made the full payment because Charles said he needed the money to pay off the workers and we trusted him. I have since left several whatsapp messages, called, left voice messages on phone, left messages on facebook but three months on, they first kept saying they would do it soon and now they are not responding to any messages. There is now a gap in the wall between my garden and the neighbour's garden. Recently, I have also left messages saying they could reimburse the labour cost for the unfinished wall + return the materials (London yellow stock bricks etc) so we can get someone else to come and finish the job if they are too busy/ off sick or whatever. No response. I am posting this as a last resort as I do not know what else to do.Saturday 22nd October 2022
Philippa5 StarWhat a professional job! Could not be more pleased with the 4 man team who felled a sycamore that was far too big for the plot and perilously close to the house. They did the job well and took care to clear up afterwards - no small feat given that the wood had to be carried through the flat.
