cjoc1001 StarTotal scam! They came to our new development selling trees “left over” at trade price. Told me if there were any problems they’d guarantee it. Both trees dead within a matter of weeks. Called them but nothing. No pick up and no returned calls. Hate the thought of them having been in my house. Intend to report them.Friday 6th May 2022
Dev Hurc1 StarBEWARE! This man came to our new development - sold us olive trees. Took our money very easily and sold us a fake idea that if there were any issues with our tree that we are covered under warranty.
It has now been months - no response regarding one of our trees which is dead.
Would never recommend
Take a look at your receipt - there is no email. Nobody picks up when you call.
