Phil and his excellent team completely transformed our front and rear gardens over the course of several months this year. The original garden we inherited with the house was a blank canvas and in need of complete replacement. We were very lucky to find Phil to turn the designs into reality. He is a huge joy to work with - a really courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and creative person who cares deeply about delivering the best he can. The project was fairly involved, including stone and brickwork, irrigation, extensive installation of mature hedging, bedding, topiary, large trees, a large gravel garden, moving the front access and building new entrance pillars with inlaid flint and much more. Its impressive the range of skills he and his team bring to the project - for instance they constructed from scratch beautiful new cedar fencing and gates, all done by hand on site. The inlaid setts and brickwork that Phil did painstaking over several days is a work of art. His knowledge of plants and all things horticultural is first rate and its good to know that everything is installed with care and attention Projects like these inevitably have unexpected turns and Phil was extremely adept at reacting quickly and creatively to issues and coming up with smart solutions. Overall, we are absolutely delighted with the results and can only say a huge thank you to Phil and his outstanding team. Highly recommended to anyone in need of landscaping work

I would highly recommend Phil - he transformed our dejected looking front garden into a very lovely space. I had some idea of what I wanted and Phil was very careful to listen and understand my vision. He was reliable and good value for money as well as being a thoroughly nice person!

Phil and his team at Topia are a total delight. I am thrilled with the job they have done on my back garden, replacing huge heavy rotting railway sleeper planters with new ones and making the garden look beautifully neat and tidy again. They worked very hard and tidied everything up once they were done. I'll be getting Topia back to do more work on the garden once Spring is here. I can thoroughly recommend these guys - decent, honest, charming and hard working.

Phil & his team delivered a great project for us last year - they cleared out some scrubland, smoothed it all over & then re-turfed a few weeks later. They also sourced & planted some lovely laurels too. All done really well, on time & within budget. Highly recommended

Phil and his team have worked on our garden over the past 8 years. He has done everything from hard landscaping, fencing, planting and design. He has had to work around rabbits, dogs and young children and has managed to develop and refresh the planting scheme dependant on which of these are most destructive! He is always reliable, on time and good value for money. I would (and have) highly recommend him.
