Tom has to be one of the best contractors we've ever used. We had post and rail fencing installed along with two gates and two personal gates. His attention to detail was second to none. There was never any rush and he was meticulous with everything he did. We were consulted at every stage to make sure the work was done as per our requirements. Tom was very hard working and conscientious, never leaving a mess overnight and was always back on site the next day at the agreed time. We had to wait a while before the install could commence but it was well worth the wait and we would highly recommend him.

I sent messages to 3 fencers and Thomas was the only one to reply. His quote seemed reasonable and he was very clear about the need for a bit of patience before he would be available to do the work. When he started it was clear he was going to do a quality, professional job. He prepared the ground carefully and kept me up to date with items that would impact where the fence would go. He was very tidy and competed the work to time and the quality is just what he promised. I have no hesitation in recommending Thomas for your fencing needs.

Tom provided a brilliant service in replacing my old garden fence. He was extremely knowledgable and could help me decide the best options for my garden as well as completing the work to an extremely high standard. It was clear that doing a good job was more important to Tom than rushing things and I could not recommend him more highly.

After living at the same property for over 30 years, I discovered by chance that the fences out the back and to the side of my property were my responsibility and not my neighbours. Up until then they had always replaced broken fence panels so I had no reason to think they weren't theirs. After establishing the fences were mine, I wanted something more substantial than panels in place and began asking for quotes. The two firms I contacted first didn't bother to show up so a friend recommended Thomas Ball Fencing. I spoke to Tom on the phone and he called as planned to see what work needed to be done. He then provided a competitive quote and explained that there would be a short delay whilst the materials were ordered. He kept me in the picture throughout and arranged a time to start the work when the materials were ready. During the time he was at my property, he told me what was happening at each stage and we even had a conversation with my neighbour to make sure all parties were happy with the planned work. The new fences were put up in good time, to a very high standard and friends and relatives have since commented on the high quality of the work done. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend Tom should you require any fencing work done on your property.
