I recently had my garden re landscaped. I contacted Taverham Garden Centre with some questions. Jon was very prompt in relying and not as very helpful with the other questions I had. I visited the garden centre and met up with Andy he spent about an hour with me selecting plants and giving me lots of advice. He went ahead and ordered a topiary for me and contacted me, as he said he will do, to advise me when it was in. I also met up with Jon he helped me, with Andy, take everything to the cash point and even helped me load all the items into the car and providing black sacks so the dirt didn’t go over my car. They are both an absolute credit to Taverham nursery as their customer care was absolutely spot on

Absolutely love this garden centre- has something for everyone and for every budget. Most recent visit was for 'mini' houseplants and I was as always very pleased - excellent stock at reasonable prices. Pay them a visit and you won't be disappointed.

The garden centre itself is quite nice, although prices are a bit high for me personally. They always make a lovely effort at Christmas which I look forward to. The restaurant is very out of touch and several staff have been rude to me in the past. I've seen a dog in the kitchen more than once. There has never been any vegan options when I've asked, although my knowledge is several months old. The shops on site are becoming more disappointing. Although nice in themselves they just aren't what I'd like to visit at a garden centre. The loss of the deli and chocolate shop was very disappointing. The fabric shop only sells quilting cotton, which baffles me as I can't understand why they won't sell dress making fabrics. The carpark is badly kept, with massive pot holes. All in all it has become a really disappointing experience and I rarely visit nowadays.

This is an extensive garden center. There is very good disability access throughout. We had cake and coffee in the large cafe area which we enjoyed. Outside is well organised with pots, shrubs, fruit trees. Etc. They have some hardware landscaping supplies and an equation center. I didn't go in but there were some nice pond features outside. I really enjoyed the indoor plant area. Reasonably priced, lots of options, well spaced. They got my money. Was looking for an indoor watering can which I couldn't find but there was a lady at a help desk who pointed me in the right direction. Overall well worth a visit, even in the darkest depths of January. Should note it was very busy and the car park filled up quickly.

The open plan cafe has some lovely homemade cakes and the aquatic room is brilliantly atmospheric for a garden center. Local crafts and produce available also.
