geraldine johnson5 StarMy partner and I visited today. We enjoyed our meals from the Christmas menu. The venison casserole was lovely, tender and rich, I enjoyed my pan fried hake. The lemon buttered potato's were very tasty. We found the service quick. The staff very welcoming and friendly.Friday 2nd December 2022
Mark Vater5 StarHad always wondered what this venue was like, having driven past some many times. Visited in the summer when they had pick your own raspberries. Visited this time for my birthday treat from some friends. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the food was excellent. Good quality food without being charged stupid prices. Will definitely be going back at the next opportunity. During the winter months, would certainly recommend booking a table as does get quite busy.

Emma Whitton5 StarCame over this drizzly Sunday afternoon, close to closing to choose a tree. Was greeted by a very helpful young man all in orange - prepared for his job. Amazing customer service, on such a cold and drizzly day. His spirits still high at the end of the day happy to hold up trees for us to admire refusing our offer of help not wanting us to get cold and damp. Fab experience, shame I didn't get his name but a credit to his employer. Thank you 😀 and Merry ChristmasSunday 4th December 2022
Ian Smith3 StarHave purchased my Xmas tree from here for the last few years as they grow them on site which appealed to me. However purchased the tree a couple of days ago and it's lost more needles just putting it up than others did over the Xmas period. Also the branches are dropping already which makes me think this year they have bought a number in from other suppliers, &63 of tree apparently.Friday 9th December 2022
Mark Fearnhead4 StarA nice farm shop in a wonderful setting. There are fabulous views across Grantham and the Lincolnshire countryside.
The food was hearty and tasty. The only real let down was the unfriendliness of the staff. They all had that look of having to be there rather than wanting to and it showed through with the service.Friday 2nd November 2018
