Having never had a garden before, Charlie was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond in helping us make sensible, cost-effective decisions and educated us in plants and lawn maintenance to ensure we get the most from it all moving forward. Charlie responded quickly to all our queries and always made sure we were happy with everything throughout the project; he made our garden feel important and genuinely cared about the work he completed for us. I found Charlie online and throughout the process has been reliable and considering we've hadn't met, trustworthy communicating online. My property was visitied, a quote was given and a date given to go do the work. At the end of the job I got the before and after photos and was delighted with the work done.
All this was done online as I was abroad unable to get home due to the lockdown and really needed someone to sort the garden, paths and driveway.
Great communication, prompt service and looking forward to Sticks looking after my lawn and outside spaces ongoing. Highly recommended.Monday 4th May 2020
