David Henderson1 StarI am thoroughly disappointed with both the service and product we received from Stewart Landscape Construction.
A project that cost £40k, and was due to be completed in “6-8 weeks” took 7 months, with multiple mistakes along the way, and a complete lack of due care to the property.
The project was not completed as per the brief, and several aspects of the project have been left to us to finish off.
After contacting the director and inviting him to see the final product, he refused – stating “I said I am really sorry that we did not perform as we should have”.
They offered an £800 discount… On £40k!
It’s a real shame, as I have another big project that needs to be done, but I will not be using SLC again.Friday 8th July 2022
Ryan Parsons1 StarI would put a serious word of caution out there to any person considering using this company. A 9 weeks project is now in its 20th week and still not complete. Management appears to be completely missing and it is left to the client. Site wastage in terms of material/labour is shocking. It wouldn't be far wrong to say that nearly everything they have done has had to be done twice. I would question if they are actually operating within the garden landscaping industry or whether they are just trying to break into it
Having built our house 5 years ago I would like to think I have come across a variety of contractors but never have I encountered such a frustrating experience.
I have other landscaping projects I need completing but will not be using SLC again.Friday 15th July 2022
