Steve provides a clear indication of his services with a clear pricing structure. He visited the property and spent considerable time and care getting all the correct measurements. The plans were completed and forwarded to me in good time whilst also allowing for me to make any alterations as needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I contacted HousePlansUK after being let down (money and time-wise) by another designer who promised to produce the drawings of the extension. I'm very happy how quickly the design was finished by HousePlansUK (a little bit over a week since the first phone call). Also the price was very good in comparison to what I was supposed to pay to the other designer. The company was also very patient and cooperative about the amendments and adjustments which needed to be done. I'm very pleased and I think the overall effect and the whole experience is great.
