Day to day work on all projects, from initial meetings all of the way through to submission of planning applications, is carried out by Stephen; this ensures that all clients receive personal service at all times.

Stephen Bennett Architecture always provides an initial, free of charge, no obligation, site/home visit, for the purpose of meeting with clients and providing customer advice and a feasibility check. All projects are then undertaken on a guaranteed fixed fee basis; the fee is advised during the initial meeting and then confirmed in writing. All clients of SBA enjoy peace of mind that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
