Russ from step outside landscapes in Swaffham-can highly recommend! Professional, courteous and respectful! Such an amazing job! Had to clear a lot from the garden before even starting. Two patios laid with porcelain slabs, fake grass and two sleeper beds. I love my new garden. Russ is very knowledgeable and very hard working. If you want a professional job then Russ is your man!

Russ is a very polite, methodical, professional guy Had to dig up 17ton of concrete before laying my lovely block paved drive, path and door step. Well pleased. Would highly recommended Thanks Russ

I had cracking in my resin driveway a couple of years after it was laid. Although Russ was hard to get hold of, he came by and made good on the warranty of his work re-doing the entire area where the cracks had appeared. My driveway now is as good as new. It is good to know that there are tradespeople like Russ who stand behind their work.

Like others, we used Russ based on the good reviews which seem to be quite rare. We were not disappointed, as you would expect with any tradesmen with a good review, we had to wait a little while but was well worth it. We had a Resin Bound driveway and could not be happier with the results. Russ clearly knows what he is doing and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the end result surpassed our expectations. Highly Recommended!

I originally contracted a firm from Rayleigh to do my Resin driveway and what a mistake that was. They took my money and never completed the job! I wish I had found Step outside Landscapes first. They certainly are hard working and professional. They had to put a lot right in order to complete the job. But I now have the wow factor that I wanted. Thank you so much Russ and Shan you are super stars 🌟. I would highly recommend this company. UPDATE Since 2020 I have been calling Russell to come and do some repairs on my driveway. Some texts have been returned and some calls but not many. I have been very fair and patient as I do understand that personal issues can arise. However when I discover that repairs to a driveway down the road from me have been completed and I have been ignored, I find this quite upsetting. Very disappointed as I thought I had a good relationship with Russell. Note to self - do not write reviews straight away as all work carried out will look perfect.
