I followed this company for some time on Facebook and came to the conclusion that these were the guys I wanted to transform my garden. I’d been unable to maintain my outside space for quite some time and it was literally an ‘urban jungle’! Paul came and assessed the job and it didn’t phase him how much work would be involved. He was honest and explained exactly what I could expect within my agreed budget. I was also given a start date during the assessment. Well…what can I say? Spencers went above and beyond their commitment to giving me my outside space back. Nothing was too much trouble and I was given the assurance that if I had any concerns following completion; that I shouldn’t hesitate to give them a call! Peace of mind, a wonderful outside space that I plan to use with my family and grandchildren, and a vast improvement to my property! I’d recommend this company to anyone all day long. I will miss having them on-site!

I have been following Spencer and Co for considerable time via social media. From the moment I viewed their portfolio I knew I wanted my garden left in their hands. I studied their reviews, videos and testimonials across social media including YouTube, Facebook and Tiktok - From that I gathered Spencer and Co were all about "best quality, not best price" With that In mind I started to explore the delicate dance of engagement with the team hoping I could trust them for a full garden makeover. Paul came out for a meet and greet as commited and then carried out a full assessment of the project. The meeting was more of a fact finding exercise to understand my requirements and ultimately what they could do to support that request. I had just purchased a new build property with a garden that had an unusual layout, I had a vision and dream of what I wanted to do with the space and then handed Paul a school boy sketch. He bought into my vision and could see I wanted to create a tropical jungle garden for my collection of mature plants which were recently moved from my old property. Paul engaged and priced up the project, it was over my budget and certainly alot more than I had expected to spend, however I still wanted to make the leap in order to get the best results! I am glad I trusted the team at Spencer and Co and don't regret the decision as I believe I had a quality project, priced fairly with fantastic customer service. The end result was amazing!! Dan and the team started work late January and by the time I got home from work on day 1 they had made significant progress which shocked me. Within 5 days the whole garden had been transformed to include relocation of fencing, lifting of the drive, building new patios, raised beds, sleeper edging, planting of some mature plants and lighting across the whole site. The vision I created was lifted straight from the sketch perfectly, only some minor adjustments werr carried out as a result of suggestions that were made to get it to the finish point. Dan was brilliant with communication whilst I was at work, he sent regular video updates with messages via WhatsApp and contact on the phone in order to gain my thoughts and ideas. No other work was carried out without authorisation if budget was breached, that only happened once which was only driven by my desire to apply some "add ons" The team worked their nuts off, they were friendly, dedicated and didn't compromise on finish nor detail. The project and vision was executed and by the weekend my garden was done which completed the house. Dan and the team put so much love into my space and their efforts were very much appreciated and valued. The finishing touch was the request by Paul advising me to "please live with your garden for a few weeks and then record any snagging issues you find - the team will then get straight out to rectify these issues if any" that for me is what you pay for - customer service and a product made with love. Spencer and Co will now be my "go to provder" for any future projects. Well done team, I'm proud as punch with my new garden!!! I would strongly endorse Spencer and Co and recommend anyone to use their services without hesitation.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Paul and the team. After being left with a huge hole in our garden after paying a so called 'professional' local lansdscaper a very big deposit for landscaping which was never done. We were at our wits end but when Paul visited us to quote for the job he just said "please trust us t sort this mess out for you and we will give you a garden you have dreamed of!" OMG the team worked tirelessly in the rain but still had smiles on their faces to complete the job They say as one door closes another one opens and in hindsight I'm so glad that I called Spencer & Co, I can stop admiring our garden . Thank you so much . If you're looking for top quality professional landscaping, tiling or driveways these are the people to contact I cant recommend them enough.

Cannot recommend these highly enough. A wonderful team of guys. Efficient, polite and a pleasure to have around. What an amazing job they have done for us. The access to our garden is difficult to say the least and yet nothing is too much trouble for them. We are overjoyed with what they have achieved and very grateful to Danny, Paul and all the team. Thank you SO much from us.

They made the vision I had become a reality if not better.The communication was great throughout and the lads were great very polite and professional. Trust worthy company and I would highly recommend to anyone.They we’re very hard working even through the rain it didn’t stop these guys. Materials of highly quality and attention to detail through the whole project.
