james fischer5 StarI would like to praise all the staff who work in Lucy’s coffee shop. We visited over the weekend having never been before and was greeted by good old fashioned outstanding customer service. The food was fantastic but for me the staff absolutely made mine and my wife’s day. Kind and welcoming. Will be visiting again soon.Monday 11th April 2022

I had a small fault with a recent purchase of a BBQ my problem was dealt with promptly, efficiently and with kind consideration keeping me updated all the time. They certainly went above and beyond any customer service I have experienced. Elizabeth Bean5 StarI have ordered from. SOUTHWOOD GARDEN CENTRE previously and was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service I received. On replacing my hanging baskets this year I decided to go onto their website to view and placed an order for four baskets. They came within two days of ordering and I was very satisfied with the quality. We should look at the smaller family run businesses to help support them in these tough days. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the plants, shrubs and trees are in excellent well-tended condition. The Cafe and Farm Shop are good additions and both provide a wide variety of food, cooked and to cook at home.
