I could not speak more highly of Scott if I tried, what an absolute treasure of a find he is! He instantly stood out to me for his polished visuals, but not only was it his impeccable eye for design that lead me to first get in touch, but also his super complimentary reviews, which I can confirm are so greatly deserved! Right from our initial contact, he was friendly, approachable, professional and seemed genuinely interested in wanting to know about what we wanted from a new garden design. Having learned that we'd previously had another design done by someone else which had to be scrapped due to it being grossly over budget, Scott took on board our concerns with the budget and worked the design to match it, so we were confident from the start that we'd be able to afford to build the design which was a huge relief that we wouldn't be wasting more money on design fees that couldn't be implemented. His talent in design, eye for detail, and choice of quality materials is perfection. I wish I'd have found him from the start! What can I say, the final design absolutely blew me away! When the email came through with the video I had to wake up my sleeping husband to show him and we just kept saying 'WOW'. How Scott had managed to deliver a design that was in budget (yet looked far more expensive!) was seriously impressive. Scott's level of customer service is exceptional, nothing is ever too much trouble, and he won't stop until you're 100% happy. Despite me assuring him he didn't need to reply in 'out of office' hours, I'd always receive an incredibly prompt reply to any questions at all hours of the day via very convenient and friendly voice notes, which has been one of the most refreshing parts of the process! Even after the 'design' part of his job was done, Scott continues to go above and beyond and be a continual pleasure to work with in helping to answer any further questions as we get closer to starting the build, and I love that he gives you a genuinely no pressure option to offload some of the more stressful parts of the job (like ordering materials and finding a landscaper), always with complete honesty and transparency at every stage, I'm so grateful for being able to do this and 100% recommend anyone else to do the same. He is one of my favourite people (if not THE favourite!) to have dealt with throughout the entire process of renovating our house and garden, thank you so much Scott, you're a legend!

We used Scott to design our garden, we gave him a list of issues and problems we needed solving including wind, flooding privacy and shelter, the first draft only needed a little tweaking before we were happy with the design which we had promptly installed by one of his recommended landscapers. From start to finish working with Scott has been a pleasure, nothing has been too much trouble, his virtual reality walk through convinced us to have it rather than a flat design on paper, he was able to change any little detail we requested. When it came to the build he sourced everything we asked for and liaised with the landscapers on a daily basis until all works were completed, we are thrilled with the design and the quality of the build and would highly recommend Scott

We can’t speak highly enough of Scott Virgo. He listened to our views about our garden, took on board our concerns and created a fantastic and creative design using CGI Video technology showing how the garden would look and at different times of the day. Nothing was too much trouble for Scott and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a creative and imaginative bespoke garden design. Scott not only provides the design but also costings for materials and planting. He then invites landscape gardeners to pitch for the work. We’re now looking forward to the spring to see the garden designs come to life.

I asked Scott to design a garden for our soon to be new house. I gave him a list of things that I would like to see in the garden and left him to work his magic. The resulting design is stunning. Scott interpreted exactly what I wanted to get out of the garden in terms of usability, eating area, flower beds, vegetable garden, etc. Not only did we receive a design but we also had a planting plan, lighting plan, list of materials with costings and a walk through video showing the garden in the morning, at dusk and at night. I am more than thrilled with the design and service provided by Scott and would wholeheartedly recommend him.
