Joanna Robertson5 StarSam came promptly to provide a quote. I was not at the house when he pruned my cherry tree and plum tree, and so I was unable to give instant feedback. When I later told him that I had really wanted them pruned back further he was gracious enough to come again and did a second whole pruning at no extra charge.
