We have had a patio and driveway laid by S and G but the process was full of issues. One of the issues was loose slabs and resin grout constantly dropping through the gaps between the slabs. On one occasion when we asked this to be fixed Scott came to our house sulking and rude, not even bothering to answer to hello. The work carried out took more than twice as long as quoted. After the job was finished, limestone and other loose stones were left on the lawn. Resin is still falling through the gaps. Added 05/09/19 - just to clarify. I tapped the resin with the end of a pointing trowel and it fell through. This was to demonstrate that it wasn't laid properly. I used a screwdriver to move the cobbles to demonstrate that they were not laid properly, The day you were sulking and rude was a different day to when you received the bad news, it was a few days before this.
