Worst builder i have ever had and definitely avoid this man. This man quoted for me for Bathroom and Kitchen, he says 7 days for the Bathroom and 7-10 days for the kitchen, labor work is £200 per day, he promised that he would finish the Bathroom and Kitchen in one go. He started the work on 14th, June. And we've bought all the Bathroom units and kitchen units and tiles by ourselves. In August, the kitchen is still in a great mess, we live in the house and can't use our kitchen properly for over a month, no tiles in the kitchen floor , no installation of dishwasher, tumble dry and radiator and many other small parts hasn't been finished. During the work, when he took the kitchen roof, he made the whole first floor (living room and dining room) full of 10cm dust without telling me in advance to move things away and there is a door to back garden, he can definitely put the dust roof to the garden to avoid this. When he moved the washing machine, he forgot to put the washing machine pipe back and almost flooded the whole kitchen with my new kitchen unit soaked in the water. We've paid him £ 7469.85 (he bought small materials like grouting and adhensive and gave us the receipt and we pay according to receipt). And at the beginning of August he told me he would start the work at another house and come and finish the rest of th work during the evenings. I asked him when he would finish and how many more days he needed, he told me he would finish in 3 days and finish by the end of the week, i said i can give him £600 and can't give him more. Then he quited and never showed up. Also bad quality of his tiling skills, he never paid attention to the pattern of the tiles and the kitchen unit he assembled was poor quality as well, we couldn't put our new tumber dryer in as there wasn't enough space left, he cut the worktop wrongly. Besides, he took away our completely new and unpacked kitchen unit strips with asking us.
