I can't even begin to describe how amazing Derek and his team at Resolution Joinery have been in opening up our kitchen/sitting room and installing new flooring. From the initial consultation to the actual fitting, Resolution Joinery were professional, honest and communicative throughout the entire process. Derek's attention to detail is second to none and the final building works are really outstanding. I cannot recommend Resolution Joinery highly enough! I'd like to keep them a secret as we still have work to do in our house but feel they deserve a 5 star review as they really have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is completed to a high standard. Derek and his team recently did a supporting wall knockthrough between kitchen/diner and living room. They did such a good job that i asked them to also fit our kitchen and flooring which we had originally planned to have done by our kitchen company installation team. So glad I chose them. Derek was so easy to deal with and ensured any concerns were raised and dealt with immediately . He frequently phoned or messaged before, throughout and after the work to make sure I was kept updated and was happy with the work carried out. The teams too were all very polite, tidy and did their work to a very high standard. And they were all very happy in their work. Special shout-out to Johnny who did an exceptional job!

Resolution Joinery - Derek and his Team - completed a refurbishment of the upper floor of our house along with fitting a new shower room, new flooring, skirting and doors downstairs. The team did a fabulous job and we are so pleased with our finished product. Derek was a great help in the initial stages helping us scope out the works within the budget we had to work with. He came up with great ideas about what could be done and suggestions for the materials and finishes we might like to consider. The people he sent onto the site were friendly and very professional and did all they could to minimise the disruption we experienced while the work was ongoing. I can highly recommend Resolution Joinery to anyone looking to have work done on their homes.

I recently used Resolution Joinery to upgrade a shower room in my St. Andrews townhouse and they did a fantastic job. I needed the job done quickly due to the imminent arrival of a new tenant and Derek and his team delivered on all levels. They arrived on the day they said they would and finished the job to a highly professional standard in one day as they said they would. Derek clearly cares about his customers and makes sure he does what it says on the tin!!! Subsequently I would have no hesitation to highly recommend this company.
