Regeneration Design and Management Ltd are a privately owned and client focused Architectural services provider and property developer situated in the south Wales area. Although RDM is a newly formed limited company, our team has a combined experience of over 30 years in the Architectural Industry with experience in a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial and Leisure. Our aim is to provide a personalised service to all our clients by advising and tailoring our services to suit their specific needs.
Our latest development project is nearing completion. We purchased the former Chapel in the old town of Llantwit Major. Work Started on converting this beautiful building into a luxury 4 bedroom in February 2022 and will be ready for its new owner at the beginning of October 2022.
