Yes you can buy plants cheaper elsewhere, from supermarkets to DIY stores. But you can't get the quality nor the expertise that you get at Reads.
I'm not much of a gardener but I like some nice tubs in the summer. The plants at Reads are well-cared for and the staff are always happy to answer questions - however "stupid" they are! The advice and help is second to none.
