Ross has designed a two storey extension and remodel of our detached home. He made the whole, slightly daunting, process simple and was extremely communicative and pragmatic throughout. This included gaining planning permission, party wall agreements and build over permission for a public sewer on our property. His design was imaginative and, importantly for us, he listened to our brief closely and worked with us to achieve what we wanted.
