Great service and very responsive staff. I first sent an enquiry on Christmas day and was shocked to get a reply that very same day! It was a lovely member of staff named Amy, and I've dealt with her several times since on many more products and always get great responsive service. I've since spent thousands of pounds with this company and will continue to. Highly recommend this company. Note.....this service is excellent, which is completely different to the experience I had from another garden machinery sales company called Winchester Garden Machinery, which is also known as Garden Machinery Direct. I highly recommend avoiding that company at all costs. Stick with Radmore and Tucker for great service 👌 😁

I ordered a splitting wedge. Their website said they had 3 in stock and that delivery would be 1-2 days. I ordered on a Tuesday, needing it for the weekend. I got an order confirmation and the money was taken from my account. I got a second email stating the item was out of stock and had to be ordered from their supplier. This would take another 7 days. I emailed to cancel the order. They responded, ignored me point and told me it was on order from supplier I called. No-one answered. I emailed again ti cancel. I then got an email confirming it had been dispatched. This really is poor. I've ordered another one, which I have received. This one will arrive too late. I will have to waste my time and money returning it. Why can they not listen to customers and be upfront about what they stock.

Ordered item Saturday morning. It arrived Monday 10.30am! Can't fault this excellent service. Their van driver rang to gain entrance to our farm and was really pleasant - 'Good morning Mr N ----' and again at the door! What a change to some delivery drivers we get - there was no 'Monday Morning' feeling with this guy - he's a credit to the company.

Absolutely fantastic company, so helpful and incredibly speedy when items are In stock. We have used radmore and tucker for many years and wouldn’t want to use anyone else! Today I phoned and ordered an item early morning and as luck happened it was dropped off mid morning now you just can’t get better than that ! Simply wonderful.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering anything online. I have a faulty Husqvarna hedge cutter that set me back £535. Numerous emails and videos to the company requesting a replacement or return - all have so far been pretty much ignored. Waited around 10 weeks for the hedge cutter and wish I hadn’t bothered. Absolutely poor customer service. I’m well within my statutory rights to return this as faulty goods and would like someone to contact me.
