We are equally at home creating concept ideas, as we are offering technical advice to teams and trades on site. This enables us to bridge the gap between design and construction phases; overseeing projects from inception through to completion.

We work across the whole of Norfolk and Suffolk with an established track record across a wide range of sectors. Our current workload means we mainly focus on residential projects, (masterplanning, self-builds, renovations and extensions) although with roots in the commercial and developer led sectors we are happy to look at all prospective projects.

Why Use Us?

'Qube' is relatively new, but personally we have racked up years of experience working at prominent award winning architectural practices. We consider ourselves a safe pair of hands having successfully delivered projects, on time and budget, ranging anywhere between £50K & £35M. We have a meticulous eye for detail and pride ourselves on our clear and concise drawings. 

We use fancy 3D computer programs like ArchiCAD so we can quickly create models and realistic images to show our clients. (Particularly helpful if looking at 2D drawings is not your thing.)

3D modelling offers significant improvements to both the design and construction processes, we can effectively mock-up your project and iron out any design or construction issues before it gets to site.

We are commercially aware, and well versed in tailoring our service and designs to work within client budgets. We always aim to maximize project value, we don't believe you need bottomless pockets to achieve great results. Our experience allows us to frequently rationalise schemes and avoid unnecessary costs, without detracting from the original aspirations.

We really engage with our clients, understanding that individuals, families, developers, builders, organisations, (whoever we may be working with) all have completely different project requirements. To us collaboration with the client and wider team is the key to a successful outcome.
