Kerry5 StarPreviously purchased turf from another company. They delivered poor quality material and received bad service. Found Qlawns and was also recommended to use them. David was lovely and really helpful. Add on our small order and we collected a few days later. The quality of the material was the best I have seen as turf goes. Sandra Rowe5 StarBeware! the sale went very smoothly and all seemed well, however, we have patches of light green tufty grass throughout. I sent photos by email to David who said "that is called meadow grass and NOT GOOD, I will need to contact the supplier and i will get back to you " I chased him after 3 days and was told the supplier was away for a few days and that he hadn't forgotten me.....
However, he has not got back to me and I have emailed and left voicemails.. . very poor!!!
my husband worked very hard lifting the grass and the relaying... we spent lord knows how much watering it..... and its a mess... its a shame I can't add photos here for you to appreciate how bad it is....
I would NOT recommend this company

I was contacted by David after this review and he apologised and promised to make good.
