I always wait awhile before posting a review to make sure everything is ok. Pleased to say that it is and that I am really happy with my nice new fence. When I contacted them after the dreadful storms in February, they came promptly, gave me a price and a start date. They were on time, got the work done in the time they had specified and cleaned up everything afterwards, taking away all the old fencing etc. away. All in all very happy. My fence looks fab and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

update : responded on here but not to my text messages or my WhatsApps have read the WhatsApps and not replied , I’ve been waiting on you getting back to me as the beading wasn’t in stock to fix a certain part of the garden the part under the door ? Im sick of chasing it up when it’s your responsibility I’ve never said I was happy from the last time the issues were half fixed you were supposed to come back and finish it and you never did ? They have now blocked me on WhatsApp without responding A year later after the work was completed and they still haven’t fixed the issues with the garden , biggest regret using this company , not only was the work nothing but cowboy lazy work they left my garage a mess the driveway a mess and continued to overflow my bin with their rubbish even though it was full . One of the excuses I got was that everyone had been working until an extremely late 4pm each day …… and that’s how they were too shattered to come and fit it in to fix the issues £11,000 and I have wonky fences wonky decking and no response back to myself ! They left huge screws all over the grass which luckily I found as I have small children I asked for a partial refund and they promised they would fix the issues but all I get is ignored!

My garden fence (which was installed by Tree & Landscaping Garden Design in August 2020) blew down in Storm Malik. I contacted Proteq to provide a quote for repairs, heard back from them within a couple of hours and they turned up the next day as promised to assess the damage. They explained in detail all the things that were wrong with the fence and why it was doomed from the day Tree & Landscaping Garden Design put it up. I'm not a Fencer myself but it was pretty obvious a bad job had been done and the only way to rectify it was to start from scratch. Annoyingly, Proteq's quote for a whole new fence was only £100 more than I'd originally paid, which I considered very reasonable, and there was no doubt the guys from Proteq knew their stuff. At this point my garden was not secure and the guys very kindly put what remained of the fence back up, there and then, as best they could, free of charge, for which I can't thank them enough. Another firm ultimately matched their quote and were able to do the job a little sooner, otherwise I would have definitely and happily used Proteq. Nice guys too!
