As well as working on behalf of nation wide principle contractors and FM Organisations, we regularly undertake one off commissions in the form of domestic renovations and extensions, shop/office fit outs and insurance reinstatement works. We also carry out work for third sector clients/charitable organisations. Primext Limited, privately owned since 2013 focussing mainly on commercial brickwork projects, ranging from the Kelvin Hall Redevelopment to Blacklaw Wind Farm to a brand-new Waitrose store in Milngavie. The directors have a combined experience of over 80 years in the industry. Primext has developed strong relations with main contractors including McLaughlin & Harvey, Galliford Try and Carillion amongst others. Through these clients, we have successfully completed numerous commercial projects throughout the UK, projects typically full package or labour only ranging in value from £10k to £500k. We provide multi trade project services to nationwide FM contractors in sectors which include, but are not limited to Education, Health Care and Social Housing. Our highly qualified project team have a wealth of experience which aids in managing projects from inception to completion on behalf of our clients. We specialise in facilitating projects which are part of life cycle replacement programmes as well as works which are necessitated as part of planned and reactive maintenance programmes. Primext are excited to announce the procurement of the brickwork and blockwork package for the new development of 128 units on the site of a former Scottish Power depot at Hawick Street, Yoker, on behalf of CCG. Comprising four separate blocks at the junction with Dumbarton Road the scheme seeks to establish a strong urban frontage while reinforcing existing cycle and pedestrian connections. Works are due to start towards the end of May 2021. Primext are Delighted to announce the procurement of the brickwork and blockwork package for the new development of 120 units, set to replace the existing five and six-storey 1960s blocks of flats, the properties would form phases two and three of the masterplan for the St Andrew’s Drive, Shields Road, Maxwell Drive and St John’s Road area. Works are due to start in the summer of 2021.
