Plym Developments Limited is a Plymouth based Building’s and Repair business headed up by Mike Rendle and Gemma Weston founded in 2016. Before starting the company, Mike had over 15 years as a sub-contractor. Even at the beginning we have developed a network of clients trying to make good relationships. Now Plym Developments Limited carries out work throughout Devon and Cornwall and we’re proud of all of our building work!

We are a Plymouth based company and therefore we do predominantly work in Plymouth however we are available to work all over Devon and Cornwall. Within our team we have plenty of experienced builders from Plymouth and beyond who all contribute to our hard working and successful building team. Our team consists of qualified Bricklayers, Ground workers, Builders and Home extension experts so you can be assured we can cover the tasks you require. We are proud of our team of friendly builders, which makes for a very successful workplace environment.
