From the outset of taking of my order for Lucent copper paving to delivery was extremely efficient and delivered exactly on the date and time I required. I did have a few issues with my planning and design. Plan to Pave noticed and assisted with helping to redesign my original plan. The customer service of this company is awful. It is very difficult to get hold of Russell and we had to keep chasing throughout the project.
Due to Plan to Pave initially using a very poor contractor the total time to construct our decking was 5 months !! (May-Sept).
We are now relatively pleased with the decking after the second contractor took more pride.
Most frustrating was the lack of communication from Russell at Plan to Pave.Saturday 4th November 2017

PlanToPave were uncommunicative, and unhelpful. I urge to to make sure you know exactly what you are ordering from them before you do and read their Terms and Conditions regarding refunds carefully.Sunday 1st October 2017
