Justine H1 StarOrdered and paid for 2 large planters, never arrived. Emailed the company for info, no response; emailed for a refund, no response. Eventually had to ask for a refund via paypal dispute process. Dont buy from this company unless you have a foolproof way of getting your money back!!Thursday 24th November 2022
Carl Banks2 StarOrdered planters.. never received any confirmation or delivery details. Called after 4weeks and was told they'd arrive in next few days and I'd receive email confirmation. Waited another 10 days and still nothing so cancelled order. No apology or explanation.
