Betfred1 StarCustomer service wasnt great today. I rang up to place a small order and the guy told me put the phone down so someone else can ring me back?? I explained I haven't got time for that and his response was "alright alright" in a very confrontational manner and it turned they didn't have what I wanted and it wouldn't be in stock until the new year.
When a customer is on the phone wanting to spend money you would think they would want the order there and then and not try to mess them about.Thursday 18th November 2021
