He took account of the internal and living needs, and was adaptable to flex with our needs and requirements to change aspects. The development gained planning permission. Pip helped us create our vision for rear kitchen extension adding features that we would have never thought about and loved. He has great knowledge for balancing a contemporary feel within a period property and maintaining its features. After buying a semi derelict Cotswold stone building in a village within the AONB, I knew I would have to find a good architect to help me navigate the daunting task of gaining planning permission and development. I was lucky enough to be recommended Pip who couldn't have been more calm, professional and supportive. Thanks to his creativity, hard work (and delicate approach with the planners) I was granted full planning permission, including change of use, which was such a relief. He then assisted with the many decisions and pitfalls of the build. He was fantastic with communication and problem solving with my builders. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
