Obviously nothing has changed in 3 years. I made an appointment, he failed to turn up and is now not answering the phone.

Made two appointments for this man to visit my home and give a quote for some slabbing work. Twice he failed to turn up. I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE PHONE CALL. He is useless.
