Called to speak to them with reference to the standard of maintenance that they had carried out..... they hung up!! I called back and the attitude was appalling, they couldn’t care less and in my opinion they are one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It was the sort of attitude you see from a company when they have been rumbled and exposed on BBC Rogue Traders. I have photographic evidence over a number of years that the area they have been maintaining has declined in standard. The camera doesn’t lie!!

Appalling quality workmanship where on more than one occasion they just strim the grass into a waterway causing blockages. When you phone to complain they fail to answer the phone despite over a dozen attempts to call. I even left a voicemail requesting them to contact me to discuss yet they fail to respond.
