Covid 5 Step Clean
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its ongoing threat to our health, here at PPM we have been carrying out various training to ensure we have the correct knowledge and accreditation to deal with the situation.
As a result, PPM now provides a specifically focused cleaning service post lockdown aimed at cleaners, owners and visitor safety.

Stacey Button1 StarIf anyone is thinking about employing this company to clean.. Seriously AVOID!! This was our holiday apartment. The floors are disgusting, the dust is thick, there was dirty underwear in one of the bedside tables left from previous family, hairs on the bed sheets, greasy finger prints all over the units, thick dirt inside utensils drawers.. We had to clean all the plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, glasses and mugs.. We had to clean all oven trays before using them, we had to wipe the kitchen surfaces and dining table and chairs down before using. Considering we are in a global pandemic we would have thought cleanliness and hygiene would have priority. Not in this case.. Called Sue Kelly, and sent photographs over. Said it needed a deep clean.. You're not joking! Asked us to be out the property for 8.30am the following morning and she would send 3 staff over to clean. We came back for the loo (fact mily of 10) less than 2 hours later and they had already left and the pictures show the dirt on the floor.. Absolutely disgusted. We have 2 with disabilities in our family group and one who is suffering from long covid with difficulties breathing.. This level of dust is not good for him.. They then refused to send anyone else out (management) to come deal with the complaint. Unprofessional, unreliable, awful cleaning service.. Absolutely disgusting.Monday 27th September 2021
