gizmotriner1 StarResponding to your reply... You replaced a fence off Grosvenor Avenue, Meir in May of this year. You have a white van parked on the grass verge on Sandon Road, Meir. I have attached photos of the mess left.
If you want to fall out with your next door neighbour then these are the guys to use. Had concrete fence panels fitted in my back garden and they left all the mess and rubble in next doors garden with hardly any attempt to clean up or make it good again. When ringing Paul he was aggressive and said it was the neighbours problem and he had already cleaned up! Had to buy a skip for £120 and clean up the mess myself. Paul came out to quote quickly as all our fencing had blown over in a storm, he came to do the job quickly and professionally, even cleared our paths and got rid of the battered old fencing without even having to ask - I cannot fault the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Julee2 StarBoth when Paul came to give us a quote for a new gate and whilst doing the job, he was friendly and chatty. What a difference to when we had to ring up to say there were a couple of things we weren't happy with. Then we got a different Paul, one who refused to answer our calls, obviously blocked our mobile numbers and when we did get through to him, kept saying he would come but never did. Funnily enough after 3 weeks and when "online reviews" were mentioned, he arrived the next day. He was quite rude and it was obvious he thought we were kicking up a fuss about nothing. Obviously he must have lower standards than some? He fixed some of the problems and then drove off without even having the courtesy to knock and tell us he was leaving. My husband has finished the job off properly now. It's disappointing to have to write this because if he'd just come back and fixed the problems politely then my review would have been quite different.Monday 24th August 2020
