These guys just try to bodge things all the time. How they are contracted to the council I never know. You pay your rent and pay for services that are just a joke. The amount of times I have had these guys out is unreal just in 9 months. Nothing is ever simple for them like it would be for us. They want to rush things all the time. The service is horrendous. Just get expected to wait for hours for them. In stead of giving you a set appoint. It’s like they are run from a joke factory. No one in the team knows what is supposed to be done. You tell them that it needs a special part they come with the part that is the wrong part. Because they don’t listen. I feel like I am forever on the phone to them. They fitted a radiator in my kitchen because the man could not be bothered to put it in the middle and take pipes out he put it under a plug. So again the same man came out and had to move it to where it is supposed to be and oh yeah take the old pipes out. There is a list but it’s that long I would be here for weeks writing about it all. Good luck if you use these guy.

Apparently they take care of a play area on Habberley estate, Kidder? I've complained about the state of it, it's filthy! The park entrance is littered with rubbish that has been there for months! Shame I can't give zero stars! Photo's to follow!
