NT Killingley has the ability to cover the full spectrum of commercial and non-commercial construction projects. Our unique position enables us to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to initial Engineering, Earthworks and Groundworks right through to Hard and Soft Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance. With our base of operations centrally located our service can cover East and West Midlands, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North West.
Engineering:
Our team of engineers are available to help with every aspect of site engineering, setting out and surveying that your project may need from: feasibility analysis, cut and fill analysis, volumetric calculations and planning solutions; to on-site control, progress surveys/reporting and as-built records. We also have a fleet of GPS UAV's piloted by fully qualified and CAA licensed operators for aerial surveying.
Earthworks:
The earthworks department focus on early contractor involvement and partnering with clients to ensure the benefits of our in-house expertise are maximised and the most cost-effective and efficient solutions are explored, investigated and engineering added value is put into all schemes.
We have a variety of staff specialisms, such as surveying, engineering, soil mechanics, ecology, 3D modelling and bulk earthworks, remediation and provide expert support where required.
Groundworks:
At NT Killingley we endeavour to be at the cutting edge of the groundworks industry, working with main contractors and architects on numerous prestigious landscaping schemes. Our specialist teams are able to deliver all aspects of groundworks including 278 works, service utility ducting, foundations, urban drainage systems and kerb laying.
