I have a lot of trees and shrubs all around my garden that need annual care, without that it quickly becomes very dark and closed in. I contacted New Acre whereupon Brad came out to price the job. From the very start communication with this company was courteous and dependable. I was lucky enough to have the job started the very next day. Adam & Alex arrived at 8.30 am and worked throughout the day on various trees & shrubs, shaping, trimming, removing and clearing as necessary, but all the while advising and informing me of my options and what was best for the overall look of the garden. Adam's knowledge is extensive, and his only goal is to give you the best possible results. The work was meticulously carried out, and tidied to the extent you would never know they had been there! I can't recommend New Acre highly enough, their price, communication, professionalism and expertise were second to none. I now have a beautiful, open garden that I can thoroughly enjoy for the rest of the summer, thanks to Adam, Alex and Brad at New Acre.

New Acre pruned our very tall silver birch. They did a brilliant job, were very professional and cleared up well. Also really friendly guys who clearly love their job! I was impressed that they took it upon themselves to check in with neighbours too to ensure everyone was happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend New Acre!!! Brad was very professional from start to finish he was prompt to come and give us a quote which we were very happy with as it was very reasonable after having a lot of unreasonable quotations. Adam and Jake arrived on time and they were very friendly and professional, they worked very well as a team and their equipment is definitely fit for purpose. Adam did a very good job of pruning our Oak tree and went above and beyond. Afterwards they cleared up our garden and left it very tidy with no sign that they were ever there. Thank you for a great job!!!!

After seeing the Google reviews we chose Brad and his team to remove a huge conifer tree for us in June / July time. I have to say from start to finish the service, the work, the politeness of the team was second to none. They had to come over a few times to ensure that the tree was clear of nests and new born chicks etc. so the work was delayed until August which was fine. Chris and Dillon were brilliant and very much a credit to New Acre. The tree was removed quickly and efficiently with no mess left at all. I would highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else now, they really are specialists in their area. Huge thanks to you all!

Myself and 2 neighbours needed work done. We had 4 quotes. The quote from New Acre was very reasonable, and combined with their professional manner and approach we decided to go with them. We were exceedingly pleased with all aspects of the work they did. I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them with absolute confidence. The online reviews were accurate!!!
