Jake Mullery did an absolutely fantastic job for us. He got us planning permission on a very difficult site in Deal. He thoughtfully maximised the internal floor space, dealt patiently with the local authority and fulfilled our brief, creating a truly striking design. He is highly creative but with feet firmly on the ground. I would recommend his services thoroughly and will certainly use his services him again.

We felt like Jake’s initial ideas and designs best met our brief/ style when we were looking for an architect and so were really happy when we went ahead and he designed our extension. Jake was SO responsive throughout the process including some hiccups in the building phase. We are so happy with our extension and we would highly recommend.

We are really enjoying living in the house which Mullery Architects have designed for us. In challenging circumstances and tightening budgets they persevered. Our renovated 1960's bungalow is now modern, stylish, makes the best use of the space available to meet our brief, and has the considered details to make living here easy.

Jake came to our rescue from a very bad experience with another architect. We were a little scarred from the experience so we were very apprehensive about going through the process again. However, after a recommendation from a friend, we got in touch with Jake and we couldn’t thank him enough for listening to us, offering us advice and being so very patient. He came out to the house to understand what we wanted, listened to our needs and came up with a design we were very happy with that met all of our requirements. We were granted planning permission today and the whole experience was a stark contrast to what we had gone through before, completely stress free. Looking forward to planning the next stage. Highly recommend.
