Michael and the team did an excellent job building a 4m single storey extension (with volted ceiling and two big sky lights) and integrating an existing external garage into a utility room. This included a two 7m steels being installed and 6m bi-fold doors being fitted. Michael believes that communication is key to successful projects so he was great at keeping us informed each day with the work that had been done / planned. The guys who worked for him were so polite, hard working and friendly. He was also innovative with suggesting different ways of achieving some difficult problems we encountered along the journey. We highly recommend MTB to anyone looking for building work done and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to our friends and family!

I am very pleased with the work done by Michael and his team who converted my utility room into an open plan kitchen by removing the internal wall to the living room, extending the space by taking 3 ft off the garage and changing the flat roof to an angled & tiled roof. The utility room used to floor after heavy rains so the floor was raised to match the level of the living room floor. Supervised by Graeme Burge, all the people who worked on the project were very efficient, pleasant and tidy. The materials were delivered in a timely manner for them to be able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Would be happy to recommend MTB to friends.

Absolutely exceptional experience with Michael and his team. Very tricky job due to lack of parking and access, which did not deter completion of a wonderful job. Consulted every step of the way and real artistry in how the stone was fitted. So happy I was referred to MTB Building . Would recommend to anyone

We had a single-storey extension built at the start of the year, running from Jan to April 2022. Mike and his team were great throughout - pleasant, efficient, and have done a great job. Mike kept us informed proactively throughout the process and was always happy to advise on different options. He also put us in touch with all the other trades we needed to complete the project. Highly recommend!

We have used MTB on a few occasions now and would not go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone. They have just re-laid our brick path which looks amazing and re pointed the entire Patio , the guys worked so hard to get the job done. They cleared up after themselves and the completed jobs are fantastic, I will certainly be using them again and again for any building work I need. So reliable as well
