Our team can provide initial concept planning, detailed designs, technical working drawings, as well as work alongside other professionals on residential, commercial and industrial projects. Residential projects are a speciality of ours. From the outset to the end, MPSL will provide your development with Architectural Services of the highest level. We are skilled in master planning large sites for Outline Planning Permissions or Development Statements and undertaking sketch schemes for financial appraisals; then carrying them forward for full or reserved matters planning consent. Whether a unique mansion, complete housing ranges or high-rise apartments, we provide full working drawings with Autocad & Revit software. We have design experiences across a multitude of industries, including food, retail, office space and leisure. Flexibility and space planning are key with commercial projects as schemes are often intended for mixed uses. To maximise potential, we will complete sketch appraisals for all of the development’s intended uses, then undertake contextual appraisals and prepare detailed planning drawings and site layouts for submission. Working drawings can be provided for both tendering and construction purposes, utilising Autocad and Revit software. MPSL will design to suit a variety of uses. From smaller scale workshops, including mezzanine office spaces, to large-scale warehouse and distribution buildings, we can do it all. Also, we Masterplan industrial and commercial spaces within larger mixed use developments, ensuring to identify capacities early on. Our designs are based on steel frame grid systems, providing cost effective building processes, plus our technical team produce working drawings for both construction and tendering purposes through Autocad and Revit software. I have used MPSL for Architectural / design work on a large number of residential schemes over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of the work and their ability to deliver to tight timescales. They continue to be my Architect of choice and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. We have worked with Dave and the MPSL team for a number of years now and the service and quality of work has always been exceptional. The way they operate always makes it feel that they are part of our team, and they are very accommodating to some of our tight deadlines. I am proud of the of the vastly capable and experienced team that had the tenacity not only to survive the industry downturn in recent years but translate those difficult times into an organisation of awareness and the ability to turn dreams into reality. Our team headed down to Winsford last month to have a look at the progress to date and we were amazed at just how far along the site currently is, many of the new homes are currently well underway and the project is well on track for completion in 2023.
