John Glancy1 StarRude racist older gentleman slagging the Chinese and laughing in the face of customers seems only interested in up selling to one of their own models and not giving genuine advice also tried to sell me a used second hand part to be rudely told I had no rights in returning it if it doesn't fit even though consumer rights dictate that if it is not fit for purpose an item can and should be returned esp a second hand item that wasn't even packaged, when mentioned this he aggressively grabbed the accessory and turned away from me.
