I own a Grade II listed building in Liverpool's Georgian quarter that had worrying problems and was in need of restoration. The work that was needed to modernise and restore the building required professional assistance. I found the help I needed at MgMaStudio in Liverpool. MgMaStudio's Matthew Ashton helped guide me through the full process, from initial proposal, through planning and listed building consent, building repair works, to final project completion and sign off. It was a long process made shorter by having MgMa as my architects. No construction project ever runs entirely smoothly, especially with old and listed buildings. I knew right at the beginning, we had problems that we hadn't fully uncovered. However, Matthew worked closely with the main contractor to adapt the project schedule and produce recommendations / novel solutions to all the issues we encountered. He helped ensure that the project stayed within the budget and the small contingency I had. MgMaStudio are a small, personable and professional outfit serving Liverpool, and the North West. I would highly recommend their company to friends and family who are contemplating building work. And, I would be happy to work with them in the future.
