If only I had checked the reviews on here first.
I had a 6x4 shed delivered on Wednesday this week. I noticed splits in the panels as well as a lot of nails which hadn't been put in properly.
I contacted the customer services and whilst they were polite I was informed that it is normal for the sheds to arrive with some damage. If this was the case I would have purchased a second hand shed and saved myself money and disappointment.Friday 22nd April 2022

Totally delighted. The delivery man was here very very early in the morning, by arrangement and was almost silent unloading. Very professional and friendly. The weather was against us on building the summerhouse so took a couple of attempts. One thing that wasn't totally obvious on the instructions to novices like us was identifying which way round the roof panels should go. We initially fitted them the wrong way round ie. What should have been the lowest part we mistakenly fitted at the top ridge. So had to start again. Apart from that very pleased with my purchase.Monday 28th February 2022
Michael Sawyers5 StarGreat summerhouse bought to house our hot tub. Without a word of a lie yours are the best instructions I’ve ever used. Comparing these with the likes of IKEA, wow, yours are first class. Plenty of screws, felt nails etc. The quality of the fit of the pieces when assembled Is great and so sturdy. Took less than 2 hours to have it built on our new decking. Fitting felt was so easy with plenty of overlapping of the lengths. A first class product!!Wednesday 15th June 2022

Certainly better quality than the last shed that I bought from a different company and at 12' x 8' is exactly what I needed. Looks excellent in place as shown......Sunday 10th April 2022
Paul Wells5 StarI am a repeat customer for Mercia products. I have bought a premium 8x8 corner summerhouse and a 12x8ft premium shiplap pent shed.
Both were good quality and went together very well.
